Delivery Information
UK Shipping
All Items Shipped within the UK are sent By Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Depending on What the customer chose when making the order. Tracking Numbers for Recorded Mail will be sent out within an email.
International Shipping
All Items Shipped outside of the UK will be sent By Royal Mail First Class International Signed for, Tracking Numbers will be sent out within an email.
Lost Parcels
All items sent from First Stop Decals are clearly marked with a return address, It may take up to 15 working days for the item to be returned back to us, However we will not accept responsibility or refund on lost parcels sent out as 1st Class Post, We offer a Recorded parcel service at extra cost, where customers can track their items and guarantee a delivery.
Please be aware Royal Mail sometimes do not leave a card through the door to say they have tried to post a parcel, If your Parcel has not been deliverd within 7 days after the shipping date please contact your sorting office to see if the item is there. Royal Mail will hold items for up to 2 weeks before returning them back to us.
Esitmate Time of Dispatching
All decals are made to order, we do not carry any items in stock, They may take up to 7 - 10 business working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) prior to ordering, orders made after 4pm will not be put in the process list till the following day.
